A	Alba Presotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sempre rivolta a questo Acli sito in via Alto Adige a Bolzano e non ho mai avuto particolari problemi. L'ultima volta invece, dopo aver ricevuto per e-mail la lista di documenti necessari per la compilazione DURP ho chiamato per chiedere due specifiche sulle date che dovevano comparire su un documento e assicurarmi di avere tutto. Ho chiamato una seconda volta perche nel frattempo mi era stato comunicato che servivano 2 DURP di anni diversi e avevo paura di conforndermi sulle date. Vorrei specificare che questa documentazione serviva per mia madre che avendo problemi di udito necessitava di essere accompagnata. Ho preso libero da lavoro e con il mio bimbo di 5 mesi e mia madre sono stata all'appuntamento. Nemmeno a dirlo, il primo documento richiesto serviva con un'altra data.... Il ragazzino incaricato della pratica mi dice che senza quello non si può far nulla e io segnalo di aver chiamato ben 2 volte per sapere le date di tale documento, oltretutto nell'elenco inviatomi da loro non era presente. Il ragazzino mi ha candidamente risposto, rimanendo seduto al suo pc, senza nemmeno guardarmi in faccia: si vede che al telefono le ha risposto una stagista. Per me questo é inaccettabile, l'errore puo capitare ma la sufficienza e la faciloneria con cui siamo stati liquidati dall'incaricato è stata decisamnete eccessiva. Certo a loro non cambierà la vita ma io ho cambiato Acli. I have always contacted this Acli site in via Alto Adige in Bolzano and I have never had any particular problems. On the other hand, the last time, after receiving by e-mail the list of documents necessary for the DURP compilation, I called to ask for two specifics on the dates that had to appear on a document and make sure I had everything. I called a second time because in the meantime I was told that 2 DURPs from different years were needed and I was afraid to confuse me on the dates. I would like to specify that this documentation was needed for my mother who, having hearing problems, needed to be accompanied. I took free from work and with my 5 month old baby and my mother I went to the appointment. Needless to say, the first document requested was needed with another date .... The kid in charge of the file tells me that without it nothing can be done and I point out that I have called twice to find out the dates of this document, moreover, the list sent to me by them was not present. The boy answered candidly, remaining seated at his pc, without even looking at me: you can see that an intern answered her on the phone. For me this is unacceptable, the error can happen but the sufficiency and the carelessness with which we were liquidated by the person in charge was decidedly excessive. Of course it will not change their life but I have changed Acli.
