★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for assistance in the permesso di soggiorno area, don’t waste your time here. I really can’t put into words how useless the “assistants” are, I came in with two questions regarding information I need for the renewal of the document and they were not only totally ignorant about what I was asking, they were extremely rude and unprofessional, basically scolding me because I didn’t come to fill in the procedura but instead was asking for information that they “weren’t supposed to give” even though it’s clearly stated that they provide assistance in the process.
No wonder immigrants and expats go to lawyers to deal with this, these people are the epitome of incompetence.
