Hanno commesso un errore che io gli avevo pure segnalato... Mi hanno risposto di stare tranquillo. Infatti Il risultato è stato che dopo due anni è arrivata la cartella della agenzia delle entrate con la maggiore imposta dovuta, sanzioni ed interessi. E pensare che sono stati lire pagati! Mah! Ho chiamato almeno 3 volte al giorno per tutta una settimana e la risposta ogni volta era di richiamare dopo 15 minuti. Ad ogni chiamata sempre la stessa risposta... Unica volta che la risposta è stata diversa è stata la seguente: "la richiameremo noi a breve". Inutile dire che alla successiva chiamata che ho fatto è ricominciata la solita cantilena... Se si è oberati di lavoro basterebbe essere chiari e non far perdere tempo alle altre persone. An appointment is required to go to the office. Il responsabile un inetto incredibile. Il peggior caf d'italia. Incompetent, unclear, not at all conclusive. Sometimes offensive (only by phone), they look down into the face to face. The manager an incredible inept. The worst café in Italy.

Dopo aver consegnato tutta la documentazione, mi telefonano dopo qualche giorno per fissare l'appuntamento con il medico legale. Oggi mi chiamano per confermare l'appuntamento domani mattina e mi dicono che la visita con il medico legale ci costerà 40 euro..... ovviamente ho rinunciato. Scorretti per non avermi detto subito che il medico si faceva pagare. Ho perso tempo utile sono costretta ad andare in un altro Caf che c'è sempre gente però almeno non si paga!
