★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore ed ore ! Dopo una lunga attesa per essere servito ho passato ore per fare un passaggio di proprietà perché l'operatrice non sapeva farlo! Ed alla fine di questo travaglio...il sistema smette di funzionare!
Esperienza davvero scomoda! Buttata via mezza giornata di lavoro!
Hours and hours! After a long wait to be served I spent hours making a change of ownership because the operator did not know how to do it! And at the end of this labor ... the system stops working!
Really uncomfortable experience! Wasted half a day's work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima struttura pubblica. Incentivano a pagare in contanti, se paghi con il bancomat ti addebitano le commissioni bancarie, per di più anche le più care. Se si deve pagare il bollo auto è meglio pagarlo in un tabacchino.
Bad public facility. They encourage you to pay in cash, if you pay with an ATM they charge you bank commissions, moreover even the most expensive. If you have to pay the car tax it is better to pay it in a tobacconist.

La signorina Francesca è stata puntuale (avevamo preso l'appuntamento via mail) veloce e precisa, gestendo la pratica sempre con il sorriso. Complimenti anche per la mole di lavoro che svolge in solitaria, essendo l'unica addetta, brava!
For the passage of a motor vehicle I used this Aci office for the first time. Miss Francesca was punctual (we had made the appointment via e-mail) fast and precise, always managing the file with a smile. Congratulations also for the amount of work she does alone, being the only employee, good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitato oggi per effettuare pratica di trascrizione di proprietà di un motoveicolo; la Siig.ra Francesca, l'unica addetta presente nell'Agenzia, gestisce con solerzia e professionalità tutte le pratiche svolte durante l'apertura, e nonostante l'enorme mole di lavoro cui è tenuta ad affrontare (tutto effettuato da sola!!!) riesce ad accoglierti sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra (nonostante la mascherina, ma gli occhi non tradiscono!). Veramente una persona che definirei "Gustosa" da assaggiare e finora mai trovata presso uno Sportello ACI nella.mia carriera di patentato. Complementi se non fosse per la distanza, la eleggerei la mia Agenzia Pratiche Auto preferita
