Dipendenti che invece di aiutare e semplificare le burocrazie gia pesanti, sono felici di rendere tutto IMPOSSIBILE.. parlo in particolare di COMANDUCCI MANUELA, con cui ho avuto a che fare personalmente. Incredibile come un essere umano possa provare gusto e felicita' nel crearti piu problemi possibili, farti spendere piu soldi che puo e farti fare piu giri possibili in altri uffici, prima di farti chiudere una pratica. Per accedere alle prenotazioni chiede una mail ed una password, ma non mi sono mai registrato e non dice come farlo. Un vero casino all'italiana. Ma chi è quel cerebro leso che crea questi sistemi senza pensare che si tratta di servizi pubblici che dovrebbero essere facilmente accessibili da tutti. PAZZESCO! M	Marco Tentoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per esperienza personale posso affermare che le impiegate sono gentili, disponibili e cortesi ma lavorano in condizioni poco comode e produttive con blocco dei terminali (da Roma) ed aggiornamento delle procedure informatiche senza neanche essere avvisate. Per fare un passaggio di proprietà di un motoveicolo ci ho messo due ore e mezza (teorica sarebbe un'oretta...) ma sollevo le responsabilità alle ragazze quindi da 5 stelle per loro ed 1 per la "struttura" faccio una media... P.S.: per prenotare online (unico sistema consentito) l'ho dovuto fare alle 6 del mattino DEL MARTEDI' per avere un posto dopo 15 giorni.
