★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale dell'agenzia è poco preparato e poco competente, ho aspettato la restituzione di un vecchio libretto della Vespa più di 3 mesi, dopo aver riempito tutti i moduli per la restituzione ad uso collezionistico.
Dopo svariate telefonate e dopo 3 mesi mi hanno detto che dalla Motorizzazione di Firenze non li rendono più...
Avrei voluto poter scegliere e capire se c'erano delle alternative (che esistono) cosa che mi è stata preclusa dalla poca competenza!
The staff of the agency is poorly trained and not very competent, I waited for the return of an old Vespa booklet for more than 3 months, after having filled in all the return forms for collection use.
After several phone calls and after 3 months they told me that they are no longer returned by the Motorization of Florence ...
I would have liked to be able to choose and understand if there were alternatives (which exist) which was precluded by lack of competence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato avevo appuntamento alle11.40 x visita x motorizzazione,sono arrivato alle 11.45 causa traffico,il dottore era già col casco x andare via e se ne è andato ,morale della favola lunedi ho appuntamento x portare tutti documenti e mi manca la visita oculistica,quindi non posso fare niente.Complimenti.
