Se si leggesse correttamente il sito dell'aci/pra la delega serve SOLAMENTE per la presentazione delle pratiche al Pra.
L'atto di vendita non si può assolutamente effettuare con delega da parte di uno dei venditori, in caso di assenza di uno degli intestatari serve obbligatoriamente la procura a vendere.
Se in altri posti adottano procedure diverse lo fanno a loro rischio e pericolo.

( Anche se Andrea è antipatico ) SCHERZO :D super istruttore che trasmette la sua passione e spiega anche i concetti più difficili in termini molto semplici alla portata di tutti.
