Sono operatore professionale, ticket assistenza tecnica aperto alle 17:30 del 28/07 ancora non risolto dopo il terzo giorno senza servizio ed innumerevoli solleciti e telefonate. Problema che nasce dal loro sistema!!!! Tre giorni senza poter lavorare per esclusiva inadempienza ed incompetenza, roba da denuncia e richiesta danni. Inaccettabile ed inqualificabile
One star because you can't get less, in reality they are - 10. I am a professional operator, technical assistance ticket open at 17:30 on 28/07 still not resolved after the third day without service and countless reminders and phone calls. Problem that arises from their system !!!! Three days without being able to work for exclusive non-compliance and incompetence, stuff from complaint and claim for damages. Unacceptable and unclear
