★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio la coda per pagare il bollo, come ogni anno, munita di libretto e contanti..arriva il mio turno, l’impiegata mi informa che non è possibile effettuare l’operazione per via del “cambio gestione”, e che sarà possibile farlo probabilmente tra circa venti giorni. Non capisco bene il motivo, visto che tutto avviene tramite computer e il computer a disposizione risulta funzionante, inoltre ho a disposizione la cifra in contanti, comunque, giusto per un minimo rispetto verso chi si rivolge a un ufficio nell’orario di apertura nel pieno diritto di ottenere un servizio, non sarebbe opportuno almeno avvertire con un cartello all’entrata per evitare alla clientela inutili perdite di tempo?
Disservizio inconcepibile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno confermato che sarei potuta andare lunedì mattina 12 agosto per una pratica, ho richiamato venerdì ed era tutto a posto. Quando mi sono presentata gli uffici erano chiusi e non c era nessun foglio che dicesse che sarebbero stati chiusi anzi tutt altro, secondo il cartello con gli orari erano aperti. Così ho dovuto cercare di urgenza un altra Aci aperta (sotto ferragosto) e andare dall altra parte della città.
They confirmed that I could go Monday morning 12 August for a practice, I called back Friday and everything was fine. When I showed up the offices were closed and there was no sheet that said they would have been closed or something else, according to the sign with the timetables they were open. So I had to urgently look for another open ACI (under mid-August) and go to the other side of the city.

Mi è stato dato un appuntamento e quando mi sono presentata hanno detto che il medico non era disponibile e che sarei dovuta tornare il giorno dopo..io abito dall'altra parte della città..!!!!!!! avevo scelto questo ufficio in quanto mi era comodo come orario....spero lo chiudano al più presto.. oltretutto dicono di non avere il bancomat invece sulla scrivania c'è ma l'impiegata spiega che non è possibile usarlo per pagamento di rinnovo patenti....si ci vorrebbe la finanza ....
Crazy. I was given an appointment and when I introduced myself they said that the doctor was not available and that I would have to come back the next day .. I live on the other side of the city .. !!!!!!! I had chosen this office as it was convenient for me ... driving licenses .... it would take finance ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato 2 giorni fa per un chiarimento sui dettagli del primo bollo che avrei dovuto pagare; secondo l'impiegata il primo bollo doveva essere fatto OBBLIGATORIAMENTE(!) presso una sede Aci perché altrimenti il sistema non avrebbe gestito correttamente la pratica, neanche se mi fossi appoggiato, come faccio da tanti anni, al sito ufficiale della regione Liguria per il pagamento del bollo. Ho mandato una mail ai contatti di questo sito, e la risposta è stata di tutt'altro genere: posso tranquillamente pagare ANCHE il primo bollo online, basta rispettare le regole (per la verità non proprio chiarissime) per la prima scadenza.
Volete ridere? Oggi (due giorni dopo) mi arriva una mail da regione Liguria che mi informa che sta per scadere il bollo di un mio veicolo (sono abbonato al loro servizio di avviso di scadenza) relativo proprio al mio nuovo veicolo, con tanto di link già preordinato per non sbagliare neanche la scadenza. E tutto questo senza dover andare nella loro sede, fare la coda, pagare in contanti (ancora! nel 2021!) e ricevere un attestato di pagamento cartaceo e non in formato elettronico. L'ultima volta che ho usato i loro servizi per un primo bollo (delegazione ACI di viale Brigate Partigiane) la stampa oltre che cartacea era anche quasi illeggibile...

I phoned 2 days ago for clarification on the details of the first tax that I would have to pay; according to the employee, the first stamp duty had to be MANDATORY (!) at an Aci office because otherwise the system would not have managed the file correctly, even if I had relied, as I have done for many years, on the official website of the Liguria region for payment of the stamp. I sent an email to the contacts of this site, and the answer was of a completely different kind: I can also easily pay the first stamp duty online, just respect the rules (actually not very clear) for the first deadline.
Do you want to laugh? Today (two days later) I receive an email from the Liguria region informing me that the stamp duty of one of my vehicles is about to expire (I subscribe to their expiry notice service) relating to my new vehicle, complete with a link already pre-ordered not to miss even the deadline. And all this without having to go to their office, queue up, pay in cash (again! In 2021!) And receive a paper and non-electronic proof of payment. The last time I used their services for a first stamp (ACI delegation of viale Brigate Partigiane), the print was not only on paper but also almost illegible ...
No comment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora al banco è stata molto cortese e disponibile. Siamo arrivati, mia moglie ed io, alle 10:30 e preso appuntamento per il primo pomeriggio per la visita medica per il rinnovo della patente. Consigliatissimo!
The lady at the counter was very courteous and helpful. We arrived, my wife and I, at 10:30 and made an appointment for the early afternoon for the medical examination for the renewal of the license. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È obbligatorio per tutti fornire il pagamento con bancomat!! Come mai un'istituzione come l'Aci può fregarsene?!?! Stiamo parlando di pagamenti anche di migliaia di euro!! Non di un caffè! Scandaloso! Spero che la finanza intervenga al più presto.
