Nella specie del mio caso di doveroso annullamento di un certificato con errata corrige, non solo alcun onere a me attribuito, ma anche una simpatia ed una alacre volontà di ripristinare tutto velocemente senza danno con l’unica volontà di compiere la propria professione bene e fino in fondo. L’errore umano è molto spesso proprio di un incauto cliente che presenta documenti di identità provvisori o validi per poco in un torrido luglio da post serrata, in cambio solo celere cortesia nel chiedere le corrette e ordinate istruzioni.
