The information given for the opening date is wrong. Today they are closed and they left only a sign on the shop door. Not even a message on the phone that can avoid the empty trip. congratulations for your professionalism!

Courteous and competent staff, perfectly organized even now with social distancing measures. It receives by appointment or in an orderly row in the outdoor space, too bad the little parking but you can take advantage of the nearby supermarket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tornato dalle ferie circa a metà agosto mi sono recato all Aci per delle informazioni ...per carità la Sig.ra il suo lavoro lo sa fare (non ero alla prima esperienza) ma ogni volta noto sempre una certa superiorità che si intravede nei suoi modi di fare e che un pò infastidisce..per di più questa volta essendo sola in agenzia ed impegnata in altre pratiche ho dovuto attendere un pò.. dopo averci rinunciato già la mattina precedente avendo visto la fila dalla strada ..mi son dovuto fermare e aspettare!
Back from vacation about mid-August I went to Aci for some information ... for heaven's sake, Mrs. knows how to do her job (I was not at the first experience) but every time I always notice a certain superiority that can be glimpsed in her ways of doing and that a little annoys .. moreover this time being alone in the agency and engaged in other practices I had to wait a while .. after having given up already the previous morning having seen the line from the street .. I had to stop and wait!
