Una impiegata ci ha detto: "eh, dovevate arrivare prima, adesso riprendete il numero e rifate la fila!". Se questa è serietà....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo gentile in italiano comprensibile e tranquila Ora la data compleano e la data x rinnovare la patente...bene per sapersi..visita occolistica il pomeriggio lì sul posto o qaundo vai l'appuntamento ...tutto a posto...aspetta dura poco grazie paghi li subito credo ora poi anche farlo con la carta che eviti di andare alla posta o per cercare un bancomat e ancira megliorato di più Cortesia 5 5 stelle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno di recarmi in questa Delegazione ACI per delle pratiche importanti.Venendo da fuori Empoli ho preferito il servizio di prenotazione online.L'ufficio è facile da raggiungere e si può trovare anche parcheggio nelle vicinanze.C' erano parecchie persone in fila fuori, ma all'ora precisa è scattato il mio numero e sono entrato.Ho risolto tutto e la ragazza che mi ha assistito è stata gentilissima e mi ha fornito diverse spiegazioni che mi hanno rassicurato.
Sono tornato a casa molto soddisfatto.
I needed to go to this ACI Delegation for some important paperwork. Coming from outside Empoli I preferred the online booking service. The office is easy to reach and you can also find parking nearby. There were several people queuing outside. , but at the exact time my number was clicked and I went in. I solved everything and the girl who assisted me was very kind and gave me several explanations that reassured me.
I returned home very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da incubo con personale squalificato, medico isterico ed incompetente, dopo due ore effettive abbiamo capito che il medico aveva omesso di dire i tempi facendo perdere tempo, anche al povero impiegato che ha dovuto cancellare tutto il lavoro svolto. Il medico con testuali parole ha detto : cosa vuoi un risarcimento, ho sbagliato ed allora che vuoi? Questo è il livello.
Nightmare experience with disqualified staff, hysterical and incompetent doctor, after two actual hours we realized that the doctor had failed to tell the times by wasting time, even for the poor employee who had to cancel all the work done. The doctor with exact words said: what do you want compensation, I was wrong and then what do you want? This is the level.
