A	Andrea Oriente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ormai 30 anni che Conosco questo posto. Se ci fossero 10/20 delegazioni Aci a San Giovanni si farebbero concorrenza e la cortesia sarebbe scontata. Stamani siamo stati 20 minuti fuori al freddo in 5 persone anche anziane perché lo sportello era occupato da pratiche lunghe e burocratiche su un libretto di circolazione, alche' , dopo rimostranze, l'altro sportello si è dedicato al pagamento dei bolli auto. C'erano 4 gradi centigradi al vento e all'ombra e gente anziana in fila, ma che gli frega tanto sono sempre aperti da 30/40 anni. I have known this place for 30 years now. If there were 10/20 Aci delegations in San Giovanni they would compete and courtesy would be taken for granted. This morning we were out in the cold for 20 minutes by 5 people, including the elderly, because the counter was occupied by long and bureaucratic paperwork on a vehicle registration document, after which, after complaints, the other counter was dedicated to paying the car tax. There were 4 degrees Celsius in the wind and in the shade and old people lined up, but who cares so much they have always been open for 30/40 years.

All the instructors and employees of the driving school are available and very attentive to the path of the individual I highly recommend it!

Per chi vuole prendere la patente è certamente consigliato, lo staff è paziente e onesto, l'errore o l'inadeguatezza del guidatore viene immediatamente notata e viene risolta in modo naturale e con i tempi necessari al guidatore. Parlando da appena promosso posso dire che l'aiuto più grande l'ho sentito gli attimi prima dell'esame, dove gli istruttori sono riusciti a rendere l'atmosfera molto meno stressante. Grazie mille di tutto! Absolutely gorgeous! For those who want to take the license it is certainly recommended, the staff is patient and honest, the driver's mistake or inadequacy is immediately noticed and is resolved naturally and with the time necessary for the driver. Speaking from just graduated I can say that the greatest help I felt the moments before the exam, where the instructors managed to make the atmosphere much less stressful. Thank you so much for everything!

Il personale è professionale, preparatissimo, ma soprattutto umano!!! Mi sono sentita accompagnata in ogni fase del processo, dall'iscrizione fino alla consegna della patente, sono davvero eccezionali!

They were very quick to start the practice, charged me 200€ and assured me it will take 2-3 months. Since an update was never provided, I called them in August. The response was: 'everything is slow as August is Vacation time in Italy'. So I waited until last week and paid them a visit to see if probably they forgot about me...they said it can now take 5-6 months, as the 'Romanian authorities did not respond'. At that point I got worried and contacted the authorities myself only to find out that an Italian drivers license has been already issued for me on June 26!!! I am very dissatisfied with the service and the traditional 'presa in giro' I hope nobody else has this experience or goes to them for this service and I look forward to receiving my driver's license as the paper they issued for me expired after 60 days. Note: Indeed I finally obtained my driver's license from the ACI office, but only after I complained here and with the ACI headquarters.
