★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina mi sono trovato, per caso, a fare il "passaggio" di un'autovettura presso questa Delegazione ACI, allo sportello ho trovato una dipendente velocissima che, al nostro turno, in un quarto d'ora (o forse meno) ha perfezionato la nostra operazione con professionalità e impegno.
Nel frattempo la sua collega, che si occupava dei "bolli auto" era impegnata in una lunga fila di persone, capisco che essere solo in due non aiuta ... comunque complimenti, non mi aspettavo di risolvere in maniera cosi' veloce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Già pagare una tassa inutile come il bollo ti fa arrabbiare, inoltre qui trovi persona maleducato e incompetente. Ho chiesto quanto verrebbe a costare il bollo per l'intero anno e mi ha risposto " PIU' O MENO IL DOPPIO di quanto paga oggi".

Addette piuttosto altezzose, che non concedono un dialogo e che partono dal presupposto che i clienti devono sapere tutto e che solo loro han sempre perfettamente ragione.. Meglio recarsi altrove. Ma fatemi il piacere, fin da subito siete state maleducate, mi avete detto che i miei documenti eran stati ritirati da una terza persona che nemmeno conoscevo, e non avete avuto il buon senso di mostrarmi la firma...che per vostro errore non sapevate leggere e mi avete riportato un nome completamente diverso.. Fate voi, cosa deve pensare la gente... Perché non avevate tempo, come al solito, da dedicare ad un cliente, ma spavalde e arroganti.. Se ci sono più clienti che si lamentano del vostro modo di fare, ci sarà un motivo!! Qui vi fa comodo rispondere mentre nel vostro ufficio fate fatica anche a dare una sola risposta.

Ho telefonato per avere informazioni riguardo al pagamento del bollo, considerato che non ho la possibilità di recarmi personalmente per fare la verifica, e quando ho chiesto alla signora se poteva fare una verifica tramite targa la risposta è stata ‘assolutamente no’. Vergogna, cambiate lavoro o statevene proprio a casa se non avete voglia.
Congratulations on the rudeness and the unwillingness to work! I phoned to get information regarding the payment of the stamp duty, considering that I do not have the possibility to go personally to do the verification, and when I asked the lady if she could check the license plate, the answer was 'absolutely no'. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale informato e competente , sinceramente non capisco i commenti negativi visto che le signore sono gentili e disponibili. La gente probabilmente non capisce che non e colpa loro se le tasse sono da pagare e, in caso di ritardi, bisogna pagare sanzioni ed interessi. Prendetevela con lo stato che ci impone una tassa su un bene acquistato e di nostra proprietà piuttosto. Si può pagare con contanti e carte, ottimo servizio.
Informed and competent staff, I honestly don't understand the negative comments as the ladies are kind and helpful. People probably don't understand that it's not their fault that taxes are payable and, in case of delays, penalties and interest have to be paid. Blame the state for imposing a tax on us on a property purchased and rather owned by us. You can pay with cash and cards, great service.
