Il mese successivo alla scadenza è il vero temine . Solo noie!!!! Purtroppo, un impiegato baffuto e anziano è capace, da solo, di far precipitare il servizio (e non parlo solo io, a cui è quasi riuscito a peggiorare la situazione di un bollo non pagato; diversi conoscenti hanno avuto problemi, grazie alla sua arrogante incompetenza...). It would be an office served by courteous and competent staff, capable of fulfilling any pertinent, sensible request from the public. Unfortunately, a mustachioed and elderly employee is capable, alone, of precipitating the service (and this is not just me, who has almost managed to make the situation worse by an unpaid stamp; several acquaintances have had problems, thanks to his arrogant incompetence...).

In special modo Ilaria che mi ha seguito per un passaggio di proprietà. Ma Le ragazze e sopratutto la signorina mora dai capelli scuri corti é stata di inmenso aiuto, disponibilita e gentilezza. Sono estremamente contento con il servizio. I didn't have to deal with the arrogant mustachioed clerk. But the girls and above all the dark-haired young lady with short dark hair was of immense help, availability and kindness. I am extremely happy with the service.

Inspiegabile !! Non posso dire che gentilezza e pulizia siano di casa negli uffici. Went to pay the car tax ....
