Posto bellissimo immerso nella natura peccato che la bottega sia davvero minuscola e poco pulita e con pochissimo assortimento di affettati e cibo in generale pane buono ma come mi Γ¨ stato spiegato poi da un ragazzo locale il vero pane di vinca Γ¨ fatto da due forni che rimangono sulla strada e non in questa bottega

Preso questo pane in un Carrefour express in centro a Marina di massa, la commessa melha venduto come fosse il miglior pane della zona e io mi fido e lo prendo, 3,98€ il kg mi dico neanche tanto, la sera lo mangio insieme a mia moglie Γ¨ un po’ duro tanto duro ma tutto sommato sembra anche buono Il giorno dopo mentre si andava al mare torno a fare spesa al negozio e mentre ero a farmi fare una focaccia imbottita dico che il pane era un po’ duro, mi spiegano che il pane Γ¨ un po’ duro perchΓ© viene fatto il giorno prima...cosa!? Come si fa a vendere il pane fatto il giorno prima!? PuΓ² essere il pane piΓΉ buono della Toscana ma per me se un pane viene venduto vecchio merita una stella.
