Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che si siano interessati al mio problema, anche se scoperto tramite canali "non convenzionali". Rivedo quindi il mio giudizio e aggiungo che la responsabile che mi ha contattato è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ha risolto il problema per cui la avevo contattata originariamente. Following a negative review complaining that my emails were not replied to, I was called back by ACG and found that my communications were never received. I really appreciated that they took an interest in my problem, even though it was discovered through "unconventional" channels. So I review my opinion and add that the manager who contacted me was very kind and helpful and solved the problem for which I originally contacted her.
