 This company produces one of the best balsamic vinegars of Modena PGI. I know the producer and I guarantee his professionalism and his love for his land and the quality of his production methods. A visit to its vinegar factory with an adjoining manor house is a must for those who want to learn more about the agricultural world of Modena and its history.

Il produttore Paolo e la figlia Elena sono stati molto cordiali nel farci vedere le botti di aceto e a spiegarci il metodo di produzione. Molto bella la villa. Ideale, se si hanno ospiti, per una visita e nel fare acquisti di aceto balsamico tradizionale.
A beautiful farm, with excellent products including the delicious traditional balsamic vinegar. The producer Paolo and his daughter Elena were very cordial in showing us the barrels of vinegar and explaining the production method. The villa is very beautiful. Ideal, if you have guests, for a visit and when shopping for traditional balsamic vinegar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήταν μια μικρή παραδοσιακή οξοποιΐα, σε ένα όμορφο αγροτικό περιβάλλον. Όμορφα, νοικοκυρεμένη εγκατάσταση με ευγενέστατους ανθρώπους! Τα προϊόντα τους δεν είμαι και ο πλέον καταρτισμένος άνθρωπος για να τα κρίνω, αλλά τα δουλεύουν με μεράκι!
It was a small traditional pasture, in a beautiful rural setting. Beautiful, neat establishment with noble people! Their products are not the most trained person to judge, but they work with their taste!
