★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimango dell'idea che i piccoli produttori a conduzione familiare sono sempre la migliore scelta da prendere per acquistare prodotti tipici e che garantiscano una certa "tradizionalità" e qualità! Acetaia da visitare assolutamente, il personale assolutamente cortese e professionale, il quale ha saputo rispondere a ogni domanda e dubbio che nutrivo in merito alla produzione. Da non perdere l'assaggio e la presentazione dei prodotti e sicuramente dopo acquisterete diversi prodotti per uso personale o come regali.
I remain of the idea that small family-run producers are always the best choice to take to buy typical products and that they guarantee a certain "tradition" and quality! Absolutely worth visiting, the absolutely courteous and professional staff, who knew how to answer every question and doubt I had about the production. Do not miss the tasting and presentation of the products and certainly after you will buy different products for personal use or as gifts.

Siamo stati accolti nella loro acetaia ed abbiamo avuto modo di degustare i loro prodotti ed ascoltare la storia del loro aceto dalla prima batteria in occasione del loro matrimonio. I loro prodotti sono davvero di ottima qualità. In occasione del nostro matrimonio la signora Nadia in pochissimo tempo ha confezionato delle bomboniere stupende. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare di nuovo per l'immensa disponibilità ?
Mrs Nadia and her husband are two delightful people who with love and passion produce an excellent balsamic vinegar. We were welcomed in their vinegar cellar and we had the opportunity to taste their products and hear the story of their vinegar from the first battery on the occasion of their wedding. Their products are really of excellent quality. On the occasion of our wedding, Mrs. Nadia in a very short time has packaged some wonderful favors. I take this opportunity to thank again for the immense availability ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acetaia artigianale. Il proprietario/produttore è un signore molto disponibile e simpatico, davvero un appassionato prima che imprenditore. Praticamente ha adibito alcune stanze della sua abitazione a stanze per il riposo delle piccole botti di aceto balsamico. Prezzi nella norma ma qualità ottima. Molto diverso dai prodotti di più rinomate ma troppo industriali marche.
Artisan vinegar cellar. The owner / producer is a very helpful and likeable gentleman, a real enthusiast rather than an entrepreneur. He has practically used some rooms of his home as rooms for the rest of the small barrels of balsamic vinegar. Prices in the standard but excellent quality. Very different from the products of more renowned but overly industrial brands.
