Oggi ho avuto il privilegio di essere ospitato in questa realtà aziendale e fortemente familiare, dalla quale sono uscito con un mix di emozioni: - gratitudine, per come ci hanno aperto le porte della loro casa, raccontandoci dell'amore e della passione che mettono nel portare avanti l'azienda, - entusiasmo, per aver imparato quanto complesso, paziente e ricco di sfumature sia il processo di produzione dell'aceto balsamico, - sorpresa, nello scoprire (attraverso diverse degustazioni) come questo nettare possa abbinarsi ai cibi più diversi, creando delle vere esperienze gustative. La disponibilità e la genuina cortesia dimostrataci durante la visita hanno reso la medesima un vero piacere, che raccomando a chi fosse interessato a conoscere meglio un prodotto che è un'eccellenza del nostro Paese. Today I had the privilege of being hosted in this corporate and strongly family reality, from which I came out with a mix of emotions: - gratitude, for how they opened the doors of their home to us, telling us about the love and passion they put into running the company, - enthusiasm, for having learned how complex, patient and rich in nuances is the production process of balsamic vinegar, - surprise, in discovering (through various tastings) how this nectar can be combined with the most diverse foods, creating real taste experiences. The availability and genuine courtesy shown during the visit made it a real pleasure, which I recommend to anyone interested in learning more about a product that is an excellence of our country. Oggi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trascorrere una mezza mattinata alla scoperta di questo prodotto incredibile grazie all'ospitalità della famiglia Gambigliani Zoccoli. Giorgio è un padrone di casa di estrema gentilezza e competenza; con passione ci ha raccontato il lavoro che viene svolto dalla sua famiglia nell'acetaia e svelato i segreti della produzione dell'aceto balsamico tradizionale di Modena. Al termine del percorso didattico ci è stato proposto un ricco buffet nel quale abbiamo potuto degustare le due tipologie di aceto in abbinamento a diversi prodotti del territorio. È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa che consigliamo a chiunque di fare, soprattutto a chi non conosce questo prodotto. Splendida la villa, gentilissimo Giorgio, che ha saputo accogliere con un sorriso e tanta dolcezza anche il nostro bimbo di un anno.
Today we were lucky enough to spend half a morning discovering this incredible product thanks to the hospitality of the Gambigliani Zoccoli family. Giorgio is a landlord of extreme kindness and competence; with passion he told us about the work his family does in the vinegar factory and revealed the secrets of the production of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena. At the end of the educational path we were offered a rich buffet in which we could taste the two types of vinegar in combination with different local products. It was a wonderful experience that we recommend anyone to do, especially those unfamiliar with this product. The villa is splendid, very kind Giorgio, who was able to welcome our one year old baby with a smile and a lot of sweetness.

Wonderful experience for traditional balsamic vinegar. A visit with some tasting, it's so rich that it's like a light lunch already.

They are Covid compliant, with alcohol-gel for hands, masks, and right distances. Very interesting explanation on the production of "Aceto balsamico tradizionale", with interesting historical references, visit to the acetaia, tasting of balsamico at different ages. Final taste with local products like Salame, Parmigiano Reggiano, Lambrusco, Focaccia, together with different ages of Aceto balsamico tradizionale. The local guide, Giorgio, is very kind, professional, and prepared on the subject, trying to answer also to the weirdest questions. Finally, he gave us some suggestions on what are the other local point of interest. Super recomended!!

Absolutely unmissable experience. Make sure you are hungry when you arrive and preferably bring along someone who doesn't drink to drive you. Super interesting and unique.

We loved this place! The family and employees were so nice and welcoming. We got a detailed tour in the acetaia, had some tasting of the wonderful traditional balsamic vinigar of Modena with some food pairings and enjoyed the visit very much.

I've lived in Modena for two years, and this is THE essential experience. Not only is it the best balsamic vinegar experience, but what they offer a great selection of local meats and other local products (parmigiano reggiano). Must Do!

Came across Acetaia Gambigliani Zoccoli at a farmer's market in Bologna. I brought a small bottle with me back home and have been enjoying this liquid gold for the last couple of months on salads, sandwiches, omelets etc... I was glad to see that they have an online shop, so I will definitely re-order. Keep up the great work!
