Mi hanno anche offerto un ottimo caffè, alla prima occasione contraccambierò con i cornetti. The orders are incredibly courteous, as well as being fast and very well prepared. La mia odissea incomincia con la necessità di fare un subentro su un contatore di energia elettrica. Purtroppo non avevo la bolletta del precedente intestatario, avevo solo le info recuperate dal contatore nello specifico il misterioso N.U.. Per farla breve per due giorni ho contattato un sacco di fornitori e distributori di energia elettrica e tutti mi rispondevano senza POD non possiamo fare nulla, pur fornendo il fatidico N.U.. Alla fine, sconsolato e rassegnatomi ad ordinare una fornitura di candele e legna per illuminarmi e riscaldarmi, contatto il punto ACEA Store di Ostia. Mi risponde la professionale e gentilissima Sveva, a cui fornisco il fatidico N.U., la quale mi risponde perfetto QUESTO È IL NUMERO DI POD. Non ci credevo. Dopo circa due ore vado allo Store e riesco a stipulare il contratto di energia elettrica, accolto da Sveva e la collega Chiara. Ragazze giovani, ma di una professionalità senza pari. Sveva simpatica, solare ma soprattutto aveva la soluzione su ogni mio dubbio relativo al contratto. Dare solo 5 stelle, mortifica il livello di professionalità di questo centro Acea. Ma non finisce qui l’attivazione dell’energia elettrica è avvenuta nell’arco di 24 ore. La chicca finale è la telefonata di Sveva che mi informa sull’aggiornamento dell’avvenuto allaccio del contatore. Assistenza e servizio di efficienza ineguagliabile. Attribuisco 100 stelle.
