Era troppo asciutta da non mescolare con il ossidante.
La mia esperienza come cliente e cattiva.
Il 30/12 mi ha chiamato la impiegata vostra e ha detto che la tinta e morbidissima e che e possibile non sia il ossidante giusto e anche il flacone (me lo hanno venduto voi).
Buon proseguimento. Che Dio vi benedica.

My experience as a customer is bad.
On 12/30 your employee called me and said that the color is very soft and that it is possible that it is not the right oxidant and also the bottle (you sold it to me).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho letto alcune recensioni che mi hanno lasciata stupita inquanto in passato ho fatto spessissimo uso del negozio ma soprattutto dell'aiuto del personale, per lo più storico. Sempre cortesi, sempre disponibili e sempre esplicative. Un punto di riferimento ad Asti in particolar modo per i capelli ed il fai da te in questo senso ma hanno anche una fornitura non male di prodotti corpo e soprattutto una grande fornitura di attrezzature manicure e pedicure professionali, nonché una moltitudine di colori di semi permanenti e gel. Davvero pochissimi punti vendita di questo genere ad Asti reggono il confronto!
I have read some reviews that have left me amazed as in the past I have made use of the shop very often but above all of the help of the staff, mostly historical. Always courteous, always available and always explanatory. A point of reference in Asti especially for hair and DIY in this sense but they also have a not bad supply of body products and above all a large supply of professional manicure and pedicure equipment, as well as a multitude of colors of semi permanent and gel. Very few points of sale of this kind in Asti hold up the comparison!
