O comprate una casa in giornata oppure se ci pensate qualche settimana e richiamate vi diranno che siete dei perditempo, e che li volete prendere in giro... Dovreste cambiare lavoro se non volete "perdere tempo"... Consiglio con il cuore da chi con il pubblico ci lavora tutti i giorni ! I limit myself to saying SCANDAL, SHAME, EMBARRASSING Apparently they sell houses but have no time to waste to come and show them to customers and wait for a purchase proposal. Or buy a house during the day or if you think about it for a few weeks and call back they will tell you that you are time wasters, and that you want to make fun of them ... Nel nostro caso con loro siamo riusciti sia a vendere il nostro immobile che ad acquistare la nostra nuova casa. È necessaria la piena volontà di tutte le parti per acquisire il risultato sperato, e solo con questo si può raggiungere l'obbiettivo. Ho letto molte recensioni, soprattutto quelle negative. Immagino che ognuno può avere le sue buone ragioni, ma sia nel vendere che nel comprare, ci vuole pazienza, bravura, e anche un po' di fortuna , ma soprattutto i tempi devono essere maturi per tutti. Io posso dire di essermi trovato bene in entrambi i casi, Lamberto ed Eva hanno lavorato bene con noi dandoci buona parte della loro esperienza, per riuscire a chiudere entrambe le compravendite. Purtroppo le cose a volte sono complicate non da parte dell'agenzia, ma dei comuni con le loro mediocri burocrazie. Per questo affermo che nella compravendita quando all'immobile ci tieni particolarmente perché lo senti casa tua, ci vuole pazienza, e un pizzico di fortuna, e alle spalle qualcuno che riesce ad equilibrare le cose.
