Successivamente ho voluto provare a farmi sistemare il taglio e colore e a livello professionale non ho nulla da dire, molto bravi, tutti. Il comportamento però è una grande pecca che la titolare ha, perché ogni volta che sono andata era sempre molto poco cordiale, mi ha tagliato i capelli l'ultima volta disprezzandoli. Sono sempre andata con mia figlia piccola non potendola purtroppo lasciare a nessuno e ha spesso detto che dava fastidio e si notava perfettamente la sua seccatura, ho fatto tagliare e lavare i capelli a mia figlia e si è fatta pagare quanto per una persona adulta. Che dire, non andrò mai più, purtroppo quando non si riceve cordialità, positività si perdono le clienti. The first day I entered that salon was just to buy Kerastase products as no one else in Martina Franca seems to have it. The behavior, however, is a big flaw that the owner has, because every time I went she was always very unfriendly, she cut my hair the last time despising it. I always went with my little daughter unfortunately not being able to leave her to anyone and she often said that it bothered her and her annoyance was perfectly noticeable, I had my daughter cut and wash her hair and she charged as much as for an adult. What can I say, I will never go again, unfortunately when you do not receive cordiality, positivity you lose the customers.
