Per quanto in passato abbia avuto una minima esperienza nel mondo della caffetteria, con professionalità e simpatia, ci ha aperto un mondo, dalle origini del caffè, alla realizzazione di buonissimi e bellissimi cappuccini! Ci ha trasmesso passione, curiosità e voglia di fare sempre meglio!
Cristian è stato un ottimo insegnante che con pazienza, ha alleggerito i nostri timori. Io personalmente mi sono divertita, per cui grazie per questa bellissima esperienza!
This morning we held the course with Cristian. Dopo aver frequentato il primo corso sono rimasta così affascinata da tanta competenza e professionalità da non fermarmi più.
Doveroso da parte mia spendere una parola in più nei confronti di Antonio, il quale mi ha seguita per la maggior parte del tempo, nei vari percorsi formativi, rivelandosi una persona molto preparata, dinamica, coinvolgente e con una forte passione per il suo lavoro.
