La prima sensazione che si riceve è di trovarsi in un ambiente familiare, in cui si riesce a staccare la spina da tutto, stress, lavoro etc. e riprovarsi circondato da cordialità e soprattutto professionalità. Gli insegnanti sono tutti qualificati e bravissimi. L'ambiente è accogliente, subito si stringe amicizia ed è molto eterogeneo, vi sono tutte le fasce d'età sia uomini che donne. Torni a casa che ti senti rilassato e, frequentando assiduamente, in forma. Inoltre propongono durante l'anno eventi molto interessanti. Consiglio la famiglia Iris a tutti. I attended this academy for years before with the courses of salsa and tango and now pilates and I must say that I always found myself very well. The first feeling you get is to be in a family environment, where you can pull the plug from everything, stress, work, etc. and try again surrounded by cordiality and above all professionalism. The teachers are all qualified and very good. The environment is welcoming, friendship is immediately established and it is very heterogeneous, there are all age groups both men and women. You come home feeling relaxed and attending assiduously. They also offer very interesting events throughout the year. I recommend the Iris family to everyone.

Sempre curato nei particolari è veramente un ottimo centro.L' Istruttrice ,professionalmente seria e dal carattere solare, sa rendere piacevole il clima . L'Accademia ha una scuola di danza Orientale Ho potuto assistere ai saggi di fine anno e più che saggi sono spettacoli di grande eleganza e fascino. I attend a course of Postural Pilates at the Academy. The atmosphere is welcoming and very relaxing. Always with great attention to detail, it is truly an excellent center. The instructor, professionally serious and with a sunny disposition, knows how to make the climate pleasant. The Academy has an Oriental dance school I was able to attend the end of year essays and more than wise are shows of great elegance and charm.

L'Accademia è diretta da Valeria Schiano, un'insegnante estremamente competente e professionale ma anche cordiale e solare. In questa scuola si respira un'aria familiare che nulla toglie al rigore delle discipline insegnate (pilates e danze orientali in primis). Non potevo trovare di meglio! Straconsigliata. This is now the fifth year that I have attended the pilates course at the Iris Academy. The Academy is directed by Valeria Schiano, an extremely competent and professional but also friendly and cheerful teacher. In this school you can breathe a familiar air that does not detract from the rigor of the disciplines taught (pilates and oriental dances in the first place). I couldn't find better! Recommended.

Le lezioni di pilates aiutano il mio benessere psicofisico, e, ormai da 4 anni, non ne posso fare a meno.... At the Iris Academy you are always greeted with a smile! Seriousness and professionalism, but also friendliness and sweetness, characterize the course of the lessons. Pilates lessons help my psychophysical well-being, and, for 4 years now, I can't do without them ....
