Divisa in due edifici che si collegano tramite un cortile interno. Nel primo edificio è presente la segreteria con i vari uffici della dirigenza, sale computer, aule pittura, etc. Il bar è collocato nella ex aula magna ed è accessibile dal cortile. Le aule sono tenute pulite e il personale è disponibile. Il corso di interior è valevole, soprattutto il biennio specialistico. I docenti sono preparati.
