Assillanti e petulanti e per questo che non ci vado! Andate da altri che è meglio. E poi al telefono ti fanno il 4 grado. Mica è una consulenza psicologica! Unprofessional. Nella prima chiamata mi sono state richieste informazioni personali che avevo già fornito nell'apposito modulo online e l'operatrice delibera al telefono di non essere in grado di fornirmi alcuna informazione in merito al corso (essendo una linea nazionale) a suo dire. Nella seconda chiamata ancora non mi vengono fornite informazioni sul corso ma cercano di propinarmi altri corsi di studio e lauree al momento disponibili! Alla domanda, ma dobbiamo continuare così a vita o posso parlare con un responsabile che ne sa qualcosa, rispondono ci stiamo accertando della sua richiesta e poi parlerà con un responsabile in video chiamata... ???? Perché la videochiamata? Risposta: perché siamo una scuola seria (mah) .. Dopo altri giorni e dopo aver espressamente chiesto di non farmi perdere tempo, avviene la videochiamata con il fantastico responsabile, che durante la videochiama mi dice che deve avere altre informazioni da me per assistermi e che lui non può dirmi se quella cosa si può o meno fare (quindi lei sarebbe il responsabile di cosa?) Invio mail, documenti ecc, arriva risposta , cit. non siamo abilitati per quanto richiesto. Voi siete semplicemente degli incompetenti che non sanno nemmeno di cosa parlano. Sapevo sin da subito non avreste potuto aiutarmi ed avete voluto fare comunque questa pantomima!!! Lasciate perdere questi inetti, andate in scuole serie!!!
