Le bici, seppur pagate meno del costo originario, (pagamento senza rilascio di scontrino fiscale nonostante specifica richiesta) erano in cattivo stato di manutenzione.
Durante un normale tragitto, infatti, ad una di queste si è letteralmente staccata la ruota davanti, rischiando di causare seri infortuni al guidatore.
Riportato l'accaduto al noleggiatore, abbiamo provato a chiedere uno sconto per l'inconveniente verificatosi, ma siamo stati presi a male parole e, addirittura, intimati di andarcene per evitare ''baruffa''.
Al termine della discussione, tutte le bici ci sono state ritirate senza motivo. Abbiamo quindi pagato un giorno in più senza poter usufruire del servizio! VERGOGNOSO!!
Bad service.
The bikes, although paid less than the original cost (payment without issuing a receipt despite a specific request) were in a bad state of repair.
During a normal journey, in fact, one of these has literally detached the front wheel, risking to cause serious injuries to the driver.
Having reported the incident to the charterer, we tried to ask for a discount for the inconvenience that occurred, but we were taken to bad words and even ordered to leave to avoid '' scuffle ''.
At the end of the discussion, all the bikes were withdrawn for no reason. We therefore paid an extra day without being able to use the service! SHAMEFUL!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented 4 bikes from Acapulco for 4 days, and unfortunately, we never had more than three working at one time, due to THREE flat tires! They serviced the first two flat tires (which seemed due to the advanced age and poor state of the bikes), but after the third flat tire they wanted us to PAY for the repairs. In the end, we rented the bikes, but mostly walked them back to the shop to get repaired, a real disappointment! Avoid this bike shop!
