★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono iscritta alla ginnastica dolce è mi sto trovando benissimo Sara la nostra tutor ci insegna movimenti che sembrano banali ma che ci aiutano a muoverci in maniera più sciolta sono una donna di 60 anni e posso dire di essermi trovata bene in questo ambiente consiglio a tutti di fare questa esperienza io partecipo con mio marito e tutte e due ci siamo trovati bene
I enrolled in sweet gymnastics and I am finding myself very well Sara our tutor teaches us movements that seem trivial but that help us to move more freely I am a woman of 60 years and I can say that I found myself well in this environment I advise everyone to have this experience I participate with my husband and we both enjoyed ourselves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato un istruttore qualificato e competente per quanto riguarda MMA ed un clima accogliente ed amichevole, fattore che trovo particolarmente importante. Parecchie discipline tra cui scegliere, costi tutto sommato economici per avere una ottima preparazione tecnica e fisica.
I found a qualified and competent MMA instructor and a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, which I find particularly important. Several disciplines to choose from, all in all economic costs to have an excellent technical and physical preparation.
