Disponibili sin da subito per una prima visita, hanno accolto il giorno successivo la nostra richiesta di una seconda visita con un preavviso di 10 minuti. L'immobile ci ha da subito colpiti, motivo per il quale abbiamo deciso di effettuare la nostra proposta, accolta con molta professionalità e trasparenza da Giuseppe che ci ha seguiti e tenuti costantemente al corrente sull'evolversi della trattativa. Il tutto si è concluso con esito positivo in tempi molto brevi ed esattamente nei modi concordati dal principio (fattore che non è sempre scontato purtroppo).
