Non avendo più pazienza gliel'ho restituito, per questo sono stata trattata con molta maleducazione, mi hanno persino detto che erano i miei influssi negativi a produrre ciò ! ma si può dire ad un cliente una cosa del genere??? La morale è che loro hanno i miei soldi( che non sono negativi) io sono con nulla in mano!!! Pessima educazione, pessimi commercianti, pessimo prodotto!!!!!!!!!!!! Bad experience, gift from my husband from last Christmas: a ring of their production broke four times! Brevemente riassumo la mia esperienza, porto un orologio per cambio batteria mi viene detto di aspettare 15 minuti ed il prezzo era di 5€ per il cambio e 5€ per la prova di impermeabilità, perfetto, detto ciò mi chiamano al telefono e mi viene detto che in mancanza di un attrezzo devono mandarlo in fabbrica per fare il cambio batteria, durata del lavoro altri 4 giorni...va bene. Vengo richiamato in seguito per dire che il lavoro possono ritirarlo dopo altri 7 giorni… già avendo superato il limite ormai mi rassegno, chiamo dal giorno loro prestabilito e mi dicono che per problemi loro personali non hanno ritirato l'orologio e posso passare dopo altri 3 giorni!!! Mando un'amica a ritirare l'orologio in quanto occupato a lavoro e indovinate, il prezzo sale a 15€!!! Non ho altro da dire dal 5 giugno consegnato l'orologio ritirato il 18 giugno per la modica cifra di 15€!!!!!! If there were 0 stars ... I am called back later to say that they can withdraw the work after another 7 days ... already having exceeded the limit, I now resign myself, I call from their set day and they tell me that for their personal problems they have not collected the watch and I can pass after another 3 days !!! I send a friend to pick up the watch as it is busy at work and guess what, the price goes up to € 15 !!! I have nothing more to say since June 5th, the watch collected on June 18th has been delivered for the modest sum of € 15 !!!!!!
