Anche col mare lo smalto è rimasto perfetto! Samantha poi è davvero gentile, simpatica e attenta. Ve lo consigloo vivamente! Fantastic experience! S	Sara DI BELLA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recata in questo centro per cominciare un ciclo di sedute con un macchinario rimodellante il cui pacchetto è stato pubblicizzato da una famosa azienda di gruppi di acquisto. Appena iniziata la seduta ho segnalato il non funzionamento di una parte degli elettrodi (lato sx) che sono stati prontamente sostituiti con delle piastre, ma anche queste non funzionavano come quelle della parte dx. Ho nuovamente segnalato il malfunzionamento, ma sfinita dalla situazione, ho deciso di arrivare alla fine della seduta. Arrivata alla cassa, vista l'inefficienza del macchinario, ho comunicato di non voler piu acquistare il pacchetto proposto e la titolare mi ha confermato di aver avvisato l'assistenza e che aveva intenzione di dismettere il macchinario perché anche lei lo riteneva non efficiente. Dopo tutto ciò e quello che era successo durante la mia seduta, ha preteso ugualmente il pagamento della stessa nonostante la mia manifesta insoddisfazione per aver ricevuto un servizio non corrispondente a quello proposto con un macchinario dichiarato anche da lei inefficiente. La pubblicità fatta sui gruppi di acquisto dovrebbe avere uno scopo promozionale e non essere utilizzato per lo sfruttamento di un macchinario non efficiente col fine di attirare nuova clientela, fargli spendere soldi inutili e proporgli dei pacchetti piu costosi con altri macchinari. Sconsigliatissimo. Today I went to this center to begin a series of sessions with a remodeling machine whose package was advertised by a famous buying group company. As soon as the session started I reported the non-functioning of a part of the electrodes (left side) which were promptly replaced with plates, but these too did not work like those on the right side. I again reported the malfunction, but exhausted by the situation, I decided to get to the end of the session. When I arrived at the cash desk, given the inefficiency of the machine, I communicated that I no longer wanted to buy the proposed package and the owner confirmed that she had notified the assistance and that she had intended to dispose of the machine because she too considered it inefficient. After all this and what had happened during my session, she still demanded payment for it despite my manifest dissatisfaction with having received a service that did not correspond to that proposed with a machine that she also declared inefficient. The advertising made on buying groups should have a promotional purpose and not be used for the exploitation of an inefficient machinery in order to attract new customers, make them spend unnecessary money and offer them more expensive packages with other machinery. Not recommended.

The second time, I have arrived on time. I have done a face cleaning for an hour, and she was so professional, nice and friendly. The ambient was great and extremely relaxing. Highly recommended!!
