From the first contact Monia was responsive and provided much guidance and information before we even signed a contract. We did the entire process online and she made it easy and pleasant. Communication and efficiency is very important to me which the team provided at every step of the way. Her team went above and beyond to help with utilities and driving out to the countryside to do video calls at the property. We felt so fortunate to have such as supportive team with us. I would 100% recommend Monia and her team.

It is thanks to Monia and her team that we now own our dream Italian home. Monia, Simona and her team are exceptional! We bought the property remotely and Monia was very thorough and explained every step. They answered all of the many questions we had, helped us understand the buying process, gave us recommendations, guidance and always responded in a timely manner. They are fluent in English, which is very helpful to us as we don’t speak Italian. Monia and her team helped us before, during and after we bought the house, setting up electricity and water. Giving us advice and recommendations for builders, contractors, etc. They are always very helpful and professional and we couldn’t be happier to have met them.
