F	Francesco Bartimmo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi son trovato male!Dovevo affittare la casa e mi han presentato un Affittuario non finanziariamente affidabile:non poteva permettersi di pagare l'affitto!Ovviamente,tutto questo l'ho scoperto dopo aver firmato il contratto e avergli consegnato le chiavi. Ho dovuto sfrattarlo dopo 1mese dalla firma.Inoltre,lo stesso Affittuario accampava scuse di varie tipo per non pagare la casa sin da subito: di questo pero'Abitha nulla c'entra. Abitha pessimi e con zero voglia di assistermi specie per consigliarmi al meglio. Bello lavorare a provvigione senza preoccuparsi di sondare se l'Affittuario sia affidabile o meno. Zero controlli sulle banche dati ecc...In sintesi,sconsiglio a tutti Abitha Talenti che ora ha anche una sede a via Nemorense!!Assurdo come dopo il Covid stiano ancora sul mercato. SCONSIGLIO AL MASSIMO.FATE DA SOLI CHE FATE MEGLIO.Io ci ho rimesso la provvigione di Abitha ed un mese di affitto. I felt bad! I had to rent the house and they introduced me to a tenant who was not financially reliable: he could not afford to pay the rent! Obviously, all this I discovered after signing the contract and giving him the keys. I had to evict him after 1 month from the signing. Furthermore, the Tenant himself made excuses of various kinds for not paying for the house right away: however, Abitha has nothing to do with it. Abitha bad and with zero desire to assist me especially to advise me the best. Nice to work on commission without worrying about probing if the Tenant is reliable or not. Zero checks on databases etc ... In summary, I do not recommend Abitha Talenti to everyone, who now also has an office in via Nemorense !! Absurd as after Covid they are still on the market. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT MOST DO IT YOURSELF THAT YOU DO BETTER. I have lost the commission of Abitha and a month's rent.

Dopo quasi un mese aspetto una risposta ad una proposta e sono spariti. Contattati mi hanno liquidato con un sms dicendo che mi avrebbero fatto sapere presto...rispariti. Pessimi! I understand (but I don't approve) seeing the house in a hurry for the many appointments ... but I don't understand being totally abandoned! After almost a month I wait for a response to a proposal and they disappeared. Contacted me they liquidated me with a text message saying that they would let me know soon ... saved. Bad!
