Sicuramente il lato umano c'è, spesso alcuni agenti immobiliari sono un po' squali, disinteressati al cliente, invece qui dalla mia esperienza posso dire di aver trovato delle persone oneste e anche simpatiche. very professional, yet friendly. Proprietari al piano di sopra, agenzia a 50m, ho pensato che fosse perfetto in caso di problemi in futuro. Si sono ben guardate dal dirmi che le proprietarie del piano superiore passassero l'intera giornata a urlare (credetemi, non lo augurereste al peggior nemico). Alle mie rimostranze mi hanno trattato con sufficienza e addirittura accusato di essere poco sensibile nei confronti della proprietaria anziana e della figlia disabile. Si ma quando c'è da incassare l'affitto tanto disabili non sembrano...quando c'è da urlare a squarciagola per interi pomeriggi invece si sentono giustificate dal ritardo mentale... al momento di cambiare le utenze abbiamo scoperto che metà della documentazione fornitaci dall'agenzia era sbagliata o obsoleta. a parte ciò, a fine locazione l'agenzia ha provato a tirar giù dal deposito cauzionale spese di ritinteggio perchè c'era una ragnatela (UNA!) formatasi sul soffitto dopo che io e la mia compagna abbiamo ritinteggiato alla perfezione. Dopo aver litigato per due giorni ci siamo chiariti per fortuna (però ci hanno palesemente provato) Abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento in condizioni impeccabili e pulito, nonostante ciò ci sono stati addebitati 100 euro per spese di pulizia di un appartamento già pulito di 60 mq...ho visto chi ha pulito: un avanzo di galera di 130 kg che avrà fatto tutto si e no in 1 ora. con quei soldi pagavi una persona più professionale per almeno 3 turni di pulizia Sapevano bene che eravamo due ragazzi squattrinati ma non hanno esitato a provare a fregarci i soldi inaffidabili, arroganti e poco professionali, evitare! unfortunately very bad experience. After arguing for two days, we luckily clarified (but they clearly tried) We left the apartment in impeccable condition and clean, despite this we were charged 100 euros for the cleaning costs of an already clean 60 sqm apartment ... I saw who cleaned: a 130 kg prison surplus that he will have done all yes and no in 1 hour. with that money you paid a more professional person for at least 3 cleaning shifts They knew we were two penniless guys but they didn't hesitate to try to steal our money unreliable, arrogant and unprofessional, avoid!
