★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti mediocri, belli da vedere sicuramente ma la qualità sta da tutt'altra parte. Un tavolo di legno pagato profumatamente con vernice che si spacca da sola continuamente e l'azienda non trova un soluzione tanto prima o poi la garanzia scade e quindi a loro cosa importa. Delle sedie in ecopelle ingiallite senza motivo e praticamente inutilizzabili. L'assistenza poi, una presa in giro. Prima promettono una riparazione poi si tirano indietro. Che delusione... State alla larga, affidatevi a marchi seri.
Mediocre products, certainly beautiful to look at but the quality lies elsewhere. A wooden table paid handsomely with paint that splits itself continuously and the company does not find a solution sooner or later the guarantee expires and therefore what matters to them. Chairs in faux leather yellowed for no reason and practically unusable. The assistance then, a mockery. First they promise a repair then they back off. What a disappointment ... Stay away, rely on serious brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda poco seria aspettato 6 mesi per la sostituzione di un tavolo,nonostante ciò dopo 6 mesi ho dovuto prendere iniziative con un fabbro per poter risolvere il problema. Questo mi è costato giustamente un mancato pagamento da parte del cliente, ma dopo lunghe discussioni con Parziale subito e velocemente da parte loro si sono preoccupati di mandarmi solleciti di pagamento...nonostante sia sempre stato puntuale.
Serious company waited 6 months for the replacement of a table, despite this, after 6 months I had to take initiatives with a locksmith to solve the problem. This has rightly cost me a non-payment by the customer, but after long discussions with Parziale immediately and quickly on their part they have bothered to send me payment reminders ... although I have always been punctual.
