★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovendo cambiare casa nell’ultimo anno e mezzo ho avuto a che fare con moltissime agenzie immobiliari e devo dire che, con delusione, ho trovato molta superficialità, scarsa attenzione al cliente e spesso anche pochissima professionalità. Mi sono affidata a Massimiliano Bertazzolo della Abert e nei mesi di collaborazione ho scoperto una persona estremamente competente (una mosca bianca in questo ambiente), disponibile e un valido aiuto per chi deve muoversi nel mercato immobiliare di Albignasego, perché lui ci lavora da tantissimo e non con un franchising ma con la sua sola reputazione. Mi è venuto in aiuto in situazioni difficili anche se non gli competeva e poteva benissimo fare a meno e per questo io mi sento di raccomandarlo caldamente a tutti coloro che sono interessati a vendere/comprare casa.
 Having to move house in the last year and a half, I have had to deal with many real estate agencies and I must say that, with disappointment, I found a lot of superficiality, little attention to the customer and often very little professionalism. I relied on Massimiliano Bertazzolo of Abert and in the months of collaboration I discovered an extremely competent person (a white fly in this environment), available and a valid help for those who have to move in the Albignasego real estate market, because he has been working there for a long time and not with a franchise but with its reputation alone. He came to my aid in difficult situations even if it was not his responsibility and he could very well do without and for this reason I would strongly recommend him to all those who are interested in selling / buying a house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre creduto che le agenzie immobiliari fossero state create solamente per lucrare sulle persone che devono vendere, acquistare, o semplicemente affittare. Potrò anche essere stato fortunato al primo colpo, ma l'unica volta che ho avuto a che fare con una agenzia immobiliare mi sono trovato benissimo. Abert immobiliare l'ho trovata per caso cercando su internet ogni sacrosanta sera, ed è andato tutto liscio come l'olio sin dall'inizio: reattività, disponibilità, onesta, cortesia: quello che il titolare promette poi mantiene. E ci mette direttamente la sua faccia, anche nelle condizioni piu' precarie come era la mia. Non potevo pretendere di meglio. Consigliatissimo come un hotel a 5 stelle!
I have always believed that real estate agencies were created solely to make money on people who have to sell, buy, or simply rent. I may have been lucky the first time around, but the only time I had to deal with a real estate agency I had a great time. I found Abert Immobiliare by chance by looking on the internet every sacrosanct evening, and everything went smoothly from the beginning: responsiveness, availability, honesty, courtesy: what the owner promises then keeps. And he puts his face directly into it, even in the most precarious conditions like mine was. I couldn't ask for anything better. Highly recommended as a 5 star hotel!
