The customer service is not reachable from the mobile network but only from the fixed network .. an absurdity in 2022 I feel ashamed for a company that should be close to customers.

Appuntamento con i tecnici non si sono presentati il numero verde ha riferito che mi avevano chiamato è preso un altro appuntamento, mai fatto non capisco perché non c'è un responsabile che controlli tutto questo. Se un utente ha un problema a chi si deve rivolgere per una risposta? Stiamo sempre peggio, se leggete questo post se non vi è di troppo disturbo ogni tanto potreste rispondere a telefono visto che dovreste lavorare dalle 08.00 alle 20.00. grazie.

Se non si hanno a disposizione almeno due / tre ore da buttare non vale la pena prenotare. personale all'entrata (la signora) scortese fino all'inverosimile . Dopo essere uscita confermo che anche gli impiegati sono inutili , forse provano piacere nel far prendere le giornate di festa ai lavoratori per non concludere un bel niente . Complimenti . Acqua pubblica.... Che truffa
F	Fabio Picillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In poche parole: 21 Gennaio 2022 tolgono l'acqua senza preavviso alle 17:00 Voi direte "vabbe, se è un emergenza si puo fare senza preavviso" Peccato che io guardando su FB trovo che tutti gli avvisi che pubblicano sono solo DOPO aver tolto l'acqua. Come se non te ne accorgessi da solo che non hai l'acqua. Quindi o sono molto ingenui o se ne sbattono il- Penso che sappiamo tutti quale sia la risposta. Ma andiamo avanti. Nel loro post FB al riguardo, in cui in maniera molto democratica hanno tolto i commenti perchè sanno di essere nel torto marcio, dicono che ripristineranno l'acqua entro la tarda serata. Io sono sceso e ho girato da ste parti e non c'era NESSUNO intorno a lavorarci. Infatti, come era prevedibile, i poveri cuccioli erano andati tutti a dormire, e ci hanno pensato alle 10:00 del giorno dopo, alla faccia della tarda serata. Tanto che sarà mai lasciare un isolato per 17 ore senza acqua senza manco essersi degnati di avvisarli, no? Ah piccola postilla So che è il segreto di Pulcinella, ma so per certo che sono anche tutta una banda di raccomandati. Sostanzialmente un Aziendina a Conduzione Familiare che però ha in mano l'acqua di tutta Napoli e provincia. Orrore puro. EDIT 8 Marzo: l'hanno fatto di nuovo.
