★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un privato ed avevo deciso di regalare ad un caro amico per la sua nuova casa uno zerbino personalizzato. Mai avuto idea peggiore.. o meglio l’idea era anche carina ma non come è stata realizzata da Abc floor designer.. che di “designer” non ha proprio nulla se non il nome!! Alla cassa ti convincono con tante idee e tante parole che poi non si concretizzano perché per loro una volta che il cliente ha abboccato ormai è fatta ed il resto non conta! E invece vi svelo una cosa.. il resto si chiama “cura del cliente” ed è la cosa più importante: avere un cliente soddisfatto!! La grafica si limita a quello che disegni letteralmente tu cliente … e visto che non sono una designer e che faccio tutt’altro nella vita, se pago e mi rivolgo a dei professionisti che tali si professano mi aspetto quanto pattuito, altrimenti me lo sarei fatto da sola!! Infine ti lasciano andar via senza neanche una busta con cui poter portare lo zerbino… e ho detto tutto! È così vergognoso questo zerbino che non credo lo regalerò più! Ho dato una stella perché zero non c’era! Vi sconsiglierò a tutti!!

Rispondo al commento ridicolo (mi limito a definirlo tale) che avete fatto:
dite di aver elaborato 14 proposte grafiche che io non vi ho voluto pagare (le vorrei davvero poter condividere con tutto il web per poterci fare tutti una grossa risata) bella contraddizione visto che il preventivo che fate all'inizio della commessa è comprensivo di ciò... e se fosse come dite io non avrei avuto tutte queste proposte...sareste stati stupidi voi a farmele gratuitamente dopo un mio rifiuto altrimenti. Vi ricordo che vi è stato dato anche l'anticipo proprio per non farvi lavorare "gratis".
Inoltre non sapevo che oltre agli zerbini vi occupaste anche di "confezioni regalo" altrimenti per tutti i compleanni sarei venuta da voi dopo il vostro splendido zerbino. Quello che ho chiesto era una semplice busta, di carta magari, così potevate passare anche per un'azienda plastic free. Invece vi siete limitati ad avvolgerlo nello scotch adesivo. Potreste investire in un paio di buste visto che siete una multinazionale dello zerbino famosa in tutta Italia.
infine non mi vanterei tanto, dopo "30 anni" di attività di avere solo N°12 commenti positivi fra milioni di utenti google, potreste anche avere più amici o parenti a cui chiedere un like.
Detto ciò... non sprecherei più altro tempo prezioso con voi... ma tenevo a far sapere agli altri utenti la vostra NON serietà..quando sarebbe stato meglio da parte vostra porgere delle scuse o piuttosto non commentare con falsità.

I am a private individual and I had decided to give a dear friend a personalized doormat for his new home. Never had a worse idea .. or rather the idea was also nice but not as it was created by Abc floor designer .. who has nothing but the name of a "designer" !! At the checkout they convince you with so many ideas and so many words that then do not materialize because for them once the customer has taken the bite, it is now done and the rest does not matter! And instead I'll tell you something .. the rest is called "customer care" and it is the most important thing: to have a satisfied customer !! The graphics are limited to what you literally draw as a client ... and since I am not a designer and I do something else in life, if I pay and I turn to professionals who profess to be such I expect what is agreed, otherwise I would have done it alone!! Finally they let you go without even an envelope with which to carry the doormat… and I said it all! This doormat is so shameful that I don't think I'll give it away anymore! I gave a star because there was no zero! I will advise against you at all !!

I reply to the ridiculous comment (I will just define it as such) that you made:
you say you have elaborated 14 graphic proposals that I did not want to pay you (I would really like to be able to share them with the whole web to be able to make us all a big laugh) nice contradiction since the quote you make at the beginning of the order is inclusive of this. .. and if it were as you say I would not have had all these proposals ... you would have been stupid to get them for free after my refusal otherwise. I remind you that the advance was also given to you so as not to let you work "for free".
Also I did not know that in addition to the doormats you also dealt with "gift packs" otherwise for all birthdays I would have come to you after your beautiful doormat. What I asked for was a simple envelope, perhaps made of paper, so you could also pass for a plastic free company. Instead you just wrapped it in adhesive tape. You could invest in a couple of envelopes since you are a multinational doormat famous throughout Italy.
finally, I would not boast so much, after "30 years" of activity to have only 12 positive comments among millions of google users, you could also have more friends or relatives to ask for a like.
Having said that ... I would not waste any more precious time with you ... but I wanted to let other users know your NOT seriousness .. when it would have been better for you to apologize or rather not comment falsely.
