★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stavamo x alloggiare in questa struttura..scegliendo la camera con vasca idromassaggioo...peccato pero che il giorno stesso ci chiama il proprietario dicendoci che la vasca idromassaggio probabilmente perdeva acqua...ormai eravamo arrivati e siamo entrati x vedere com era la situazione..e la vasca perdeva acqua...il proprietario nn si e fatto vedere e traa l altro è stato scortese nei nostri confronti ,che x giusta causa volevamo andare via...chissa da quanto tempo non veniva usata la vasca idromassaggio.......
1 stella perché di meno non si può
 We were staying in this structure..choosing the room with a whirlpool bath ... pity that the owner calls us the same day telling us that the whirlpool probably was leaking ... we had arrived and we entered to see what the situation was like ..and the tub was leaking ... the owner did not show up and he was rude towards us, that for just cause we wanted to go away ... who knows how long the whirlpool was not used .. .....
1 star because you can't do less

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Così come richiesto avvisiamo un’ora prima di arrivare...giunti sul posto devo telefonare perché da nessuna parte c’è scritto B&B...mi dicono che bisogna aspettare 20/30 minuti perché la ragazza che fa l’accoglienza non c’è...scopriamo che fanno con tutti così...qui non esiste una reception...non ci vive nessuno qui dentro...Quindi restiamo ad aspettare a 32 gradi...dalle foto che hanno messo su Booking sembra un bellissimo palazzo storico ma purtroppo non si tratta di quello ma di una casa fatiscente situata nel vicolo di fianco al bellissimo palazzo...
Entriamo è che ve lo dico a fare...scale ripidissime e strettissime...entriamo in stanza e comincio a notare i primi difetti...bagno piccolissimo e tanta umidità sotto il soffitto...
Apro il cassetto del comodino e trovo un assorbente, tappi di birre e biscotti sbriciolati...all’avanguardia contro il Covid proprio...(ad onor di cronaca dico anche che sono venuti a pulire subito...mentre io ero in camera)...oggi mi stavo per fare la doccia e stacca la corrente in tutto il palazzo...chiamo e cosa mi rispondono...??? I soliti 20/30 minuti per far arrivare qui qualcuno...fortunatamente fanno prima...dimenticavo...nel frattempo la corrente è staccata altre sue volte...
Insomma...
Posso dire che la posizione è veramente perfetta ma consiglio di mettere la foto del palazzo vero e non della basilica dei gesuiti qui di fianco...
Ad ogni modo non lo consiglio.

Let's go inside and I tell you to do ... very steep and very narrow stairs ... we enter the room and I begin to notice the first defects ... very small bathroom and a lot of humidity under the ceiling ...
I open the bedside drawer and find a sanitary napkin, beer caps and crumbled biscuits ... avant-garde against Covid just ... (for the record I also say that they came to clean immediately ... while I was in the room ) ... today I was going to take a shower and turn off the power in the whole building ... I call and what do they answer ... ??? The usual 20/30 minutes to get someone here ... fortunately they do before ... I forgot ... in the meantime the power is disconnected other times ...
In short...
I can say that the location is really perfect but I recommend putting the photo of the real palace and not of the Jesuit basilica on the side ...
Anyway I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In centro, appartamento su due livelli, adatto per due coppie di adulti, due bagni, assolutamente consigliato, qualcosina in più per la colazione non guasterebbe, limone x il the, acqua nel frigorifero e dei tovaglioli. Se torniamo a BARI torniamo qui!!
In the center, apartment on two levels, suitable for two couples of adults, two bathrooms, absolutely recommended, a little more for breakfast would not hurt, lemon x tea, water in the fridge and napkins. If we go back to BARI we come back here !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molte incongruenze e strani accadimenti. Non si trova nel palazzo mostrato, ma è un bel punto e anche strategico. La pulizia non è svolta giornalmente e non è così pronunciata, due rampe di scale molto ripide per accedere alla stanza. L'idromassaggio non è fortissimo, non ci hanno mai consegnato il Telecomando del condizionatore che sarebbe in riparazione. Non c'è reception, il ricevimento è molto strano e non ci è stata consegnata ricevuta o altro. La TV c'è ma si vede solamente Rai uno. Un po' strano, ma essendo giovane e con spirito di adattamento potrei rifarlo un domani.
PS la camera è un pochino più piccola di come sembra sui siti di prenotazione
Many inconsistencies and strange happenings. It is not in the building shown, but it is a nice and strategic point too. Cleaning is not done daily and not so pronounced, two very steep flights of stairs to access the room. The whirlpool is not very strong, they never gave us the remote control of the air conditioner which would be repaired. There is no reception, the reception is very strange and we have not been given a receipt or anything. The TV is there but you can only see Rai Uno. A bit strange, but being young and adaptable I could do it again tomorrow.
PS the room is a bit smaller than it looks on the booking sites

Palazzo bello ma non come in foto,scale strette, pulizia scarsa ,copri water rotto per non parlare della vasca idromassaggio non funzionante non arrivava acqua calda per non parlare di cosa usciva dai tubi dell'acqua mentre cercavamo di capire il problema abbiamo chiamato il proprietario per comunicare il problema dell'acqua calda e ci e stato detto non posso fare niente cosa vuoi di domenica scortese e senza neanche scusarsi per l'accaduto abbiamo pagato 130€ per avere una stanza con vasca idromassaggio che non abbiamo usato ,senza colazione che essendo un b&b la colazione di legge e compresa senza una bottiglia d'acqua nel frigo con un addobbo completamente diverso da come ci era stato detto ,il letto scomoddissimo con due matarassi da una Piazza non ci si poteva dormire cuscini duri insomma era meglio dormire su una sedia , tv non funzionava aria condizionata non funzionava ,l'unica cosa nuova erano le candele.
Per fare questo lavoro ci vuole passione e Accuratezza della casa cosa che non c'era.se non avete voglia non apritevi cose che non sapete gestire detto ciò vi sconsigliò di andarci .
Non ci torneremo mai più .

Nice building but not like in photo, narrow stairs, poor cleaning, broken toilet cover not to mention the non-functioning jacuzzi tub did not get hot water not to mention what was coming out of the water pipes while we were trying to figure out the problem we called the owner to communicate the problem of hot water and we were told I can not do anything what you want on Sunday rude and without even apologizing for what happened we paid 130 € for a room with a jacuzzi that we did not use, without breakfast which being a b & b the breakfast of law is included without a bottle of water in the fridge with a completely different decoration from what we were told, the uncomfortable bed with two mattresses from a square you could not sleep hard pillows in short it was better to sleep on one chair, tv didn't work air conditioning didn't work, the only new thing was candles.
To do this job it takes passion and accuracy of the house which was not there.
We will never go back.
