Entrato in agenzia non ho avuto nemmeno la possibilità di dire il mio nome alla signora che era presente che come sono entrato non ha nemmeno richiesto le mie necessità ed é passata subito a premesse contrattuali. Non ho avuto la possibilità di approfondire un accordo o un chiarimento esaustivo, non ho avuto la possibilità di essere ascoltato e di dire una parola. Ho solo salutato cordialmente e sono uscito. Da quello che ho visto ho avuto l'impressione che fosse un'agenzia che dà la possibilità di usufruire del servizio a una cerchia ristretta di persone e che deleghi le responsabilità solo ai proprietari degli appartamenti per evitare il confronto con gli utenti. Se potessi dare 0 stelle lo farei.

I have not had the opportunity to deepen an agreement or an exhaustive clarification, I have not had the opportunity to be heard and to say a word. I only greeted cordially and left. From what I saw I had the impression that it was an agency that gives the possibility to use the service to a small circle of people and that delegates responsibilities only to the owners of the apartments to avoid confrontation with users. If I could give 0 stars I would do it.
