★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbandonata al freddo, sotto la pioggia dopo aver comunicato al conducente che avrei dovuto prendere il cambio per Bergamo. Un'ora e un quarto ad aspettare un pullman, da sola, la sera, al buio in mezzo all'autostrada.
Non è accettabile un servizio del genere, che mette in pericolo i cittadini e fa sembrare i 108 euro di abbonamento che pago ogni mese una presa in giro.
Oltre alla cena saltata e alla serata rovinata, probabilmente mi prenderò un'influenza.
