A	Anastasiya Loboyko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi mettere-10 lo farei, per 2 anni abbiamo dovuto pagare le bollette tramite bonifico e bollettini, e questo dopo 4 tentativi (mail, telefono, sportello e di nuovo telefono) di fare l’addebito diretto: ogni volta dicevano di non aver ricevuto le mail ( ragazzi, siamo nel 2018 non 1918 dove i piccioni e telegramme veramente potevano perdersi ) o che il CF o IBAN non sono validi, ma stiamo scherzando??? Con tanta fatica che le brave persone fanno per trovare il lavoro, assumete la gente che non è capace copiare dalla tessera CF e L’ IBAN?? 4 volte?? Vergogna... per le tariffe e “promozioni di risparmio” che ti fanno pagare doppio del normale non voglio neanche scrivere. Siamo una società sprecona. Il fatto che non si possa portare fuori nulla ha un senso per evitare battute di sciacallaggio da parte dei soliti furbetti (che poi non si sa che fine fanno fare ai materiali tossici o peggio...) dall'altro lato non si incentiva un riciclo. Visto che le tasse delle sporco le pago, e profumatamente, ricordatevi che non state facendo la questua a nessuno. Formate meglio il vostro personale. E come sempre succede... settimo arrangiarsi. Io andrò all'isola ecologica, ma non biasimo chi abbandona i rifiuti ai cassonetti, inducete a delinquere!! Rude and arrogant telephone staff. g	giovanni consolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovuto tornare il giorno successivo perchè aperto solo al mattino per la sostituzione della tessera danneggiata , ma se capitasse a una persona davvero anziana cosa deve fare ... andarci in taxi ?? troppo disagio, si può e si deve migliorare il servizio sicuramente !
