Dopo aver concluso da solo l’ordine sul sito l’ho dovuto annullare perché il pacco risultava spedito ma in realtà stava ancora in sartoria, o almeno così dicono Bad experience !!!! Assistance nonexistent, none of the numbers indicated respond despite having contacted them for several days. Il problema è stato proprio il reso, non solo ho pagato di tasca mia la spedizione per restituirlo, ma il rimborso è stato anche inferiore a quanto ho speso!! Il tutto senza spiegazioni e deciso da loro senza che sia scritto sulla loro pagina tralaltro .. Consiglio: specificate meglio le vostre politiche di reso, il cliente deve sapere che in caso di reso ci perderà un buon 20% di quello che ha speso… Bad experience I bought a suit that looked better in the picture than it was .. poor material although it was also cute ..
