Dopo aver reclamato con il portale si sono svegliati, ma sono ancora in attesa del rimborso. Ma siamo in Italia, nel 2022 e questo tipo di persone possono ancora lavorare e fare quello che vogliono? Inoltre comunicazioni senza nome, senza informazioni precise, nulla..., FORTEMENTE SCONSIGLIATI. They are present online everywhere, but the problem is that, in my case, they accepted the order and payment and then THEY DID NOT SHIP or even informed. After complaining with the portal they woke up, but are still waiting for a refund. But we are in Italy, in 2022 and can these types of people still work and do what they want? Furthermore, communications with no name, without precise information, nothing ..., STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Dovrebbero essere in consegna dal 27 o dal 28 /4. Sul sito scrivono 5 giorni lavorativi per la spedizione. Se dovesse arrivare l’ordine da me fatto non acquisterò più nulla. Bad experience, ordered online on 11/4/22 after calling twice the second time I am told they were not available. They should be on delivery by 27 or 28/4. On the site they write 5 working days for shipping. If the order made by me arrives, I will no longer purchase anything.

Situato all'inizio del paese di pegola faccio sempre la scorta per il mio gatto e non ho mai visto in 10 aumentare i prezzi e soprattutto marche di ottima qualità che non trovo nelle catene di supermercato. Great prices and competent staff, wholesale supermarket for your pet. Located at the beginning of the town of pegola I always stock up for my cat and I have never seen 10 increase prices and above all high quality brands that I cannot find in supermarket chains.
D	Davide Alfano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su 4 volte che ho ordinato sul loro sito 2 volte il mio ordine non veniva spedito perché mancava un prodotto e non sono stato neanche avvisato di ciò, ma ho dovuto scoprirlo 2 settimane dopo chiamando più volte il centralino. È una grave mancanza questa. Inoltre non ho avuto una buona esperienza nemmeno con il loro numero clienti. L'ultima volta mi ha risposto prima una persona sprovveduta e maleducata, che non mi ha saputo dire nulla riguardo al mio ordine e che mi ha offerto solo l'annullamento dell' ordine con il dovuto rimborso. La seconda volta mi ha risposto invece una persona molto più cortese che oltre alle scuse mi ha anche offerto un voucher per l'accaduto. Se ho messo 2 stelle anziché 1 è solo per questa persona. Quanto accaduto (2 volte su 4) resta una grave mancanza ma ho apprezzato il fatto che almeno uno di loro ci tiene ai propri clienti. Mi auguro solo che la prossima volta che un prodotto non è disponibile siate voi stessi a chiamare tempestivamente il cliente per avvisarlo. Out of 4 times I have ordered on their site 2 times my order was not being shipped because a product was missing and I was not even notified about this but I had to find out 2 weeks later by calling the switchboard several times. This is a serious lack. I also haven't had a good experience with their customer numbers either. The last time I was answered first by an inexperienced and rude person, who could not tell me anything about my order and who only offered me the cancellation of the order with the due refund. The second time I was answered by a much more courteous person who, in addition to apologies, also offered me a voucher for what happened. If I put 2 stars instead of 1 it is only for this person. What happened (2 times out of 4) remains a serious lack but I appreciated the fact that at least one of them cares about their customers. I just hope that the next time a product is not available, you will promptly call the customer to notify them.

I am now claiming with the credit card to recover my amount and placing a denunce trought consumer organization advocate becouse i want my money. Strongly unsuggested, unprofessional retailer and witout any customer respect.
