★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto chiamare i carabinieri perché la maleducatissima signorina dell'accettazione aveva avuto una giornata no e mi ha snobbata come se nulla fosse dopo che loro stessi mi avevano chiamato per ritirare le analisi di mia madre. Mi spiace per le infermiere che sono competenti. Ma mia madre li non la porterò più. I problemi vanno lasciati a casa soprattutto se si deve avere a che fare con dei clienti.
