★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Mi ha pettinato i capelli (lunghi) bagnati con una spazzola, strappandone non so quanti. Asciugatura troppo aggressiva.
Very bad. He combed my (long) wet hair with a brush, tearing I don't know how many. Too aggressive drying.

Sono andata al salone chiedendo se fosse possibile passare dal castano mogano ad un castano normale, mostrando foto del risultato voluto. Loro mi hanno confermato che avrei ottenuto un castano normale senza segni di rame, invece sono uscita dal salone quasi in lacrime, i capelli erano mogano in radice e arancioni sulle lunghezze con alcune ciocche biondicce, praticamente 3 colori diversi in testa. Sono dovuta andare subito il giorno seguente da un altro parrucchiere che per sistemare i danni mi ha chiesto quasi il doppio di quanto speso. Mi spiace, ma non posso che sconsigliare.
Unfortunately, very bad experience, money thrown away.
I went to the salon asking if it was possible to switch from the mahogany brown to a normal brown, showing photos of the desired result. They have confirmed to me that I would have obtained a normal brown without any signs of copper, instead I left the salon almost in tears, the hair was mahogany root and orange on the length with some blonde strands, practically 3 different colors on the head. I had to go immediately the next day to another hairdresser who asked me almost twice what I spent to settle the damage. I'm sorry, but I can not advise against it.

Tagli e colori eseguiti alla perfezione. Rapporto qualità - prezzo eccellente. Serena, la proprietaria, è disponibilissima, professionale, cortese, sempre attenta alle nuove tendenze e ai look del momento. Lei ed il suo staff, sanno coccolare e consigliare in tutto e per tutto le proprie clienti. Ambiente accogliente, pulito, ordinato e raffinato. Da provare assolutamente!!!!
Excellent hairdresser qualitatively superior to all the other salons in the area. I highly recommend it to both young girls and ladies. Cuts and colors made to perfection. Excellent value for money. Serena, the owner, is extremely available, professional, courteous, always attentive to the new trends and looks of the moment. She and her staff know how to pamper and advise their customers in all respects. Cozy, clean, tidy and refined environment. To try absolutely !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastica Serena e il suo staff, professionale e aggiornata, ti consiglia sui trattamenti ma poi lascia a te cliente la decisione finale…non come altri parrucchieri che si impongono! Rapporto qualità/prezzo elevato, calore e accoglienza…ormai è il mio punto di riferimento a Roma!
Fantastic Serena and her staff, professional and up-to-date, advise you on treatments but then leave the final decision to you ... not like other hairdressers who impose themselves! High quality / price ratio, warmth and hospitality… it is now my point of reference in Rome!
