Si sono rivelati molto disponibili, cortesi e preparati.
La sala d'attesa non è grandissima ma anche quando c'è grande affluenza, non si riempie mai completamente.
I found myself forced to go several times in the short time to take care of the paperwork for my father who had a domicile other than his residence.
They proved to be very helpful, courteous and prepared.
The waiting room is not very large but even when there is a large turnout, it never fills completely.
