★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto diverse difficoltà con la struttura. Risultavano due prenotazioni coincidenti per il campo da padel, ed hanno un campo solo. Quindi consiglio di contattare telefonicamente la struttura qualora prenotate con applicazioni esterne, come ad esempio prenotauncampo.
Inoltre al termine della partita, l'addetto alla cassa non era in grado di far funzionare il POS per il pagamento con la carta. E fin qui é una limitazione del personale. La cosa assurda, che mi ha fatto particolarmente arrabbiare, é che questo signore non si è minimamente preoccupato di trovare una soluzione, cercando ad esempio o di contattare un superiore/collega che potesse aiutarlo, oppure di cercare online il manuale del POS. L'ho dovuto cercare online e scaricare io, che ricordo essere un cliente. Alla fine, per ottimizzare le tempistiche ho dovuto usare ogni spiccio che avevo per raggiungere la quota.
Ciliegina sulla torta: una volta pagato cash, della ricevuta neanche l'ombra.
Consiglio alla struttura di migliorare la gestione del personale e le loro mansioni.

I had to search for it online and download it myself, who I remember being a customer. In the end, to optimize the timing I had to use every briskness I had to reach the quota.
The icing on the cake: once paid in cash, not even the shadow of the receipt.
I advise the structure to improve the management of personnel and their duties.

Portato i miei figli fin da piccolissimi.. siamo stati tra i primi soci nel 2008.. poi i ragazzi sono cresciuti.. altre strade ...ora tocca a me con il pacchetto open che mi permette di prenotare e seguire qualsiasi corso in acqua... a tra poco con acquagym!
Eheheheheh .... If well-being struggles as much ... I brought my children from an early age .. we were among the first partners in 2008 .. then the boys grew up .. other ways ... now it's my turn with the open package that allows me to book and follow any course in the water ... soon with water aerobics!
